WATER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY

Substance of the presented technology lies in purging waste water with a mixture of gas (air) and chemical reagents. Turbulent purging takes place in a system of special canals located in sedimentation tanks. All organic contaminants are removed together with foam produced. Ions of heavy metals and other solid elements subside and are consequently removed in a system of filters. When clarifying water to the level of drinking water the purging air is ionized by high voltage electrical charges.

All physical and chemical water treatment processes on the level of molecules and atoms are performed in a regime of turbulent diffusion and disequilibrium thermodynamics. That is why the speed of these processes exceeds the speed of present technologies from 10 to 100 times. Consequently, water treatment becomes quick, cheap and effective. This technology is suitable for treating small amounts of water as well as large volumes up to several thousands m3 per hour. Sewage, industrial or any other type of waste water can be treated in the described equipment and can be purified into drinking water of the highest purity. All bacteria, microbes, viruses and other dangerous biological organisms are on the course of treatment destroyed by the ionized air flow. Common reliable equipment is used to purge air into waste water and all electrical equipment is also standard and dependable. The technology makes rational use of existing water treatment plants by means of quick and cheap reconstruction. The reconstruction expenditures are reasonable and new water treatment costs are 2-10 times lower than with existing technologies.

The described above equipment, functioning on the principle of purging and fragmentation of treated liquid by ionized air flow, can be easily used for purifying large volumes of water in rivers, ponds, lakes, ports, water dams, seas (eg. oil-spills) etc. The equipment is available in both stationary and transportable varieties.

The new technology was successfully tested in big industrial facilities. The equipment capacity amounts to 4 000 m3 of purified water in 24 hours at the purging air consumption 40.000 m3/hour. Voltage amounts to 60-80kV at the corona electrical current up to 100mA.
